By uploading any quantity of images to IMGMI.net ("http://imgmi.net") you agree to the following rules. 1)You agree that me ("Adam Shannon") and IMGMI.net are held at and with no legal responsibility to or against you. 2) I ("Adam Shannon") take no responsibility for your actions here. 3) I ("Adam Shannon") have the right(s) to remove any amount of images uploaded by any party because of but not limited to content that is similar to the following types: social, economic, racial, sexual, aggressive, passive and/or hurtful. 4) I (“Adam Shannon”) am not held responsible for the loss of access to the images via but not limited to a URI or URL.


THE ABOVE TERMS OF SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PROPER NOTICE.

PRIVACY:
When an image is uploaded to http://imgmi.net there are three people who have rights to its visibility. The first and most important is me (“Adam Shannon”) I have the final say on any and all images uploaded to my site. The second is the original author of the image; he/she/they have the right to discuss with me a plan to remove any and all images of theirs that are unwillingly uploaded to my site (http://imgmi.net). The last person who has legal rights is the original person who added the image to my site (http://imgmi.net); he/she/they can request that any amount of images uploaded to my site (http://imgmi.net) be removed.
I (“Adam Shannon”) do not store any personal information of anyone who visits my site (http://imgmi.net); we use a 3rd party web site statistical viewing service (Google Analytics). I (“Adam Shannon”) promise not to distribute any and all information including but not limited to the following: (demographic, page views, unique views to an image) to any 3rd party ever.
